1. Use of App

Brightlet Kids Studio is provided for personal and educational use.

2. In-App Purchases

Premium features are unlocked through Google Play In-App Purchases. Purchases are linked to the user's Google Play account.

3. Access

Access to purchased content is limited to the current version of the application. Future major versions or separately released upgrades may require an additional purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All educational content, graphics, games, worksheets, and learning materials are the intellectual property of Brightlet Kids Studio.

5. Refunds

Refunds are subject to Google Play policies.

6. Updates

We reserve the right to update app features and content.
