The App stores a minimal amount of data locally on your specific device (such as which activity tiers have been unlocked). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us or any third parties. If you uninstall the App, this local data is deleted.

3. In-App Purchases and Billing

The App offers optional, one-time In-App Purchases to unlock additional activity tiers. All transactions are processed securely and entirely through the Google Play Store's native billing system.

We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or personal financial details.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Wiggle Wheel is an application intended for children, parents, and educators. We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar global privacy regulations. Because the App operates entirely locally and has no backend infrastructure, we do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
