Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Wiggle Wheel ("the App"), provided by Brightlet Digital ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Privacy and Child Safety

Wiggle Wheel is designed strictly for children and complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation for Kids (GDPR-K).

• No Data Collection: The App operates 100% offline. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, device identifiers, or usage analytics.
• No Accounts: There is no login or account creation required.
• No Advertising: The App contains zero third-party advertisements or external links targeting children.

In-App Purchases (IAP)

Wiggle Wheel offers optional premium content through one-time In-App Purchases processed securely by Google Play Billing.

• No Subscriptions: All purchases are one-time payments that grant lifetime access to the specific digital content (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond tiers, or the Unlock All Bundle).
• Parental Gate: All purchases are handled through the standard Google Play purchasing system, which requires account authentication by the device owner (parent or guardian) to prevent unauthorized transactions by minors.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's standard refund policies.

Acceptable Use

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use by families and educational use by teachers. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or reproduce the App's assets, logos, or code without explicit written permission from Brightlet Digital.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The physical activities suggested by Wiggle Wheel are for general entertainment and basic physical movement. Brightlet Digital is not responsible for any injuries that may occur while performing the activities. Parents and guardians should ensure children have a safe, clear space to play and that activities are appropriate for the child's physical abilities.
